Mentorship and Consultation

Offering the knowledge and experience (mentor) to guide a student (mentee) to foster their growth in their programme or project and gain more experience, next to personal, academic, and professional growth. This support involves sharing knowledge, providing advice, offering emotional support, and acting as a positive role model to help the mentee build skills, confidence, and resilience. All in their specific work-field.


Suggestions and examples of what the training might include and this can be a broad spectrum like (but not limited to):

Evaluation of existing training techniques.

Dog assessment.


Reviewing the history of training/operational issues.

A troubleshooting program discussing education, methods and techniques needed to adjust the dogs training programme and any unwanted behaviours.


Practical evaluation and handler assessment.

Practical training of handler and dog.


Spectating on the dog and handlers operational work and viewing issues that are present in real time. Proofing. Training progression plan. With prior arrangement, we can offer ongoing mentoring and support remotely after training.
